The customer profile module serves the entry for a customer in to the automated air
freight forward system. The freight forwarders customer setup is one of the critical
modules in the freight software, which captures the details of a prospective customer
who contacts the company for getting his business done. It has been carefully designed
to provide speedy and error free processing of customer details, which would be
required at every step of the on going business process.
The customer profile setup for airfreight forwarders facilitates the operator on
the desk to enter information regarding a new customer, contact details
(Name, fax#, email address), personal profile, business details and mode
of communication (whether documents (Invoice, delivery receipt, statement)
to be delivered via mail (Print), email, or fax). Separate option to remove a
customer of no activity is also provided. Once saved, these details will be
